Your workouts will challenge you, and because we give you hands-on coaching in every session, you know you’re doing it right.

But the small group personal training setting also provides you more accountability to do your best that day (because we all know how we feel day-to-day can vary drastically), conversation and laughs to keep you entertained, and the kind of group support that makes showing up twice a week feel less like an obligation and more like something you actually want to do.

At LIFT personal training inc. in Windsor, ON, in our small group training programs, we love working with older adults. Typically men and women over 40,gym in years.

We’ll guide you through the workouts, push you to improve even just 1% more each time, and put you on the path to feeling strong and physically able as you battle through daily life, prep for a big trip, or head into those retirement years.

And because the gym community is small, we get to know so much about you, personally. No one is just a “member number.” You’re greeted by name and made to feel like you’ve known these people for years.

That’s not something we try to do, it just happens naturally when your gym is this size.
