At LIFT personal training inc. in Windsor, ON, our small group personal training program combines expert coaching with the energy and support of a team. In every session, you’ll work closely with a coach who tailors each session to your fitness level, goals, and experience.
We love working with older adults, typically men and women over 40, who have either never done strength training before, or are haven’t been in a gym in years.
We can help guide you, push you, and get you on a good path to feeling strong and able as you head into retirement, travel, or just improve every day life.
Every session focuses on strength, mobility, conditioning, and technique. You’ll get the personal attention you need to move better, build strength, and stay motivated while training alongside others who are pushing for results, too.
