Our small group personal training is the choice of the majority of our members. It allows you to get started with your fitness and strength program while saving on costs, making it more budget-friendly and sustainable for the long-term.

With our 1 on 1 programming…
It’s just you and your Coach going through your program together. Each plan is customized to you and your unique goals, medical limitations, and starting point.
We have a few members in our 1 on 1 training program and love the attention and customization. The drawback to this program would be the extra cost to having your own coach with you privately.
With our Small Group Personal Training…
You are still getting a very customized solution to you, as well as receiving the extra support and enjoyment from working out with others just like you in the small group.
This is by far our most popular programming choice, as members see tons of benefit with their workouts while saving on the cost of their sessions by splitting the cost among the group members.
Plus, because each session is capped at 6 people per session, there is still tons of individual attention for everybody. Each exercise can still be modified and adapted to you and your body – no cookie cutter programming where you’re forced to do exercises that aren’t a good fit for you, your body, and your current fitness status.
