This is our specialty.

You’ll train in a group with no more than 5 other people, with a coach watching every rep. We do full-body strength training, 45 minute sessions, that are designed to fit into your real life without wrecking you in the process.

There’s no guesswork. You’re not wandering around figuring out what to do, which weights to use, or how to do the exercises safely. Just show up, train hard enough to make progress, and go live your life.

The workouts are built around what actually matters to you after 40. Keeping and building lean muscle, moving better, and feeling stronger in ways that make a meaningful difference in your life. At LIFT we use Rogue plates and barbells, Concept2 rowers, Echo bikes, and a full range of dumbbells, kettlebells, medicine balls, sleds, and battle ropes.

Because we aren’t a kettlebell-only gym or a CrossFit box. We have a wide range of equipment because different exercises call for different tools, and having the right one for the job means we can train anyone, whatever their fitness level or limitations.

Our Amenities

LIFT isn’t a big box gym or even a cardio bootcamp space. And it never will be.

It’s a 2,900 sq ft open-layout facility with two dedicated strength zones and two turf sections for warmup and conditioning. Enough space to train comfortably without the chaos of a crowded commercial gym.

And because we run small groups, it never feels packed or overwhelming.

We take cleanliness seriously. And our members notice. It’s one of the things that comes up unprompted in almost every review. The facility is maintained to a standard that frankly most gyms don’t bother with. Clean equipment, clean bathrooms, every session.

And before or after your workout? Espresso’s on us. It’s a small thing that makes showing up feel like something you actually look forward to.
